Fund Raising


​Held at the end of fire prevention week in October as a thank you to the community for its continued support, and to enhance fire prevention awareness within the community. The breakfast is held at Worland Fire Station 1, allowing the community to see and interact with our various apparatus and equipment. Come and let us fix you breakfast; pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage and more!

Family Picnic

​Worland Volunteer Fire Department proudly supports the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Jerry's kids. Traditionally memorial day weekend you can find us on the street participating in Fill The Boot to support the cause. If you would like to make a donation and missed us on the street, feel free to mail or drop it by station 1 located at 200 south 5th street

Pancake Breakfast


​Held in July to bring firefighters and family members together with food, games and lots of fun! Traditionally a great BBQ with plenty of delicious food, and don't forget our "grown ups" water fight!!

​Every year the Worland Volunteer Fire Department actively participates in community parades. 

​Worland Volunteer Fire Department calls Santa from the north pole each year and invites firefighter family to bring the kiddos to sit in Santa's lap and lay out the list! This event is for both the young and young at heart! 


​Every year the Worland Volunteer Fire Department hosts a Fund Drive to raise funds for the Fire Department operations including supplies, meals, and training for our firefighters!


​Worland Volunteer Fire Department hosts an annual Awards Banquet to thank and distinguish firefighters that have went above and beyond throughout the previous year. Awards include: Cadet of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Operator of the Year and Firefighter of the Year. New members also will be sworn in during a ceremony honoring their commitment and dedication to the fire service.
